When I first met Andie, she was short-er (still pretty tall!), had a mouth full of metal, and wore her mid-length hair pin-straight. We were freshmen, random roommates at Westover, and I was still wearing glittery eyeshadow and Abercrombie. (Thank goodness that stage in my life is OVER.)
We've come a long way since then. Andie will graduate later this month from Georgetown, and head off to an exciting new career in ~science. No more glittery eye shadow, no more mouth metal, and both of our hairdo's have a little more body. Bless.
Luckily enough, I've gotten to see her pretty consistently as we've both been in D.C., and I was tickled at the opportunity to photograph her and her lovely friends last week on Georgetown's campus. Okay, and perhaps most importantly, Andie finally took me to the Tombs. (This is a big deal to me. I was finally on the inside. I infiltrated Georgetown.)
Georgetown might photograph a LITTLE better than GW. (Understatement of the century.)
Congratulations to one of my oldest friends & her lovely lovely amigas!
